The murder suspect who gunned down an elderly man in Cleveland and posted the murder on Facebook has taken the cowardly way out. According to local reports, Steve Stephens took his own life Tuesday while being chased by police in Pennsylvania.
Steve Stephens, 37, shot himself while driving his white Ford Fusion to Erie County in the state’s northwestern corner.
Pennsylvania authorities allegedly spotted the vehicle in Erie County and tried to pull it over but Stephens pick up his gun and blew himself away.

The internet is shocked and urging a suspect who posted a video of a homicide on social media to turn himself in.
Stevie Stephens has been trending on Facebook for the last 48 hours for the wrong reason.

On his Facebook page he posted a live stream where he claims to be looking for people to kill. He drives by and spots an elderly man, who has now been identified as ,Robert Godwin, 74, walking down the street and confronts him. He exchanges words with the Goodwin, pulls out a gun , and then shoots him.
This incident happened around 2 p.m., before the man hunt for Stephen began. Cleveland authorities did not understand the motive behind his actions until he posted separate live stream.
In the next video he begins to justify his actions by saying that he was pushed over the ledge by his girlfriend. He states that no one took him seriously and for that reason he is out looking for blood. He admits to have killed at least 13 other individuals and is currently working on his next victim.
He is currently on the run awaiting for police to “catch him”. Cleveland authorities have yet to confirm him if the other victims he talks about have truly been murdered as Stephen claims. An investigation is underway as authorities are now engaged in a man hunt for Stevie Stephens.
